What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 menus — enough to trial a design, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.
How long does production take?
2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). The clock starts once you approve your free mockup, not when you place the order.
Do I pay anything before I see a proof?
No. We send a free mockup within 24 hours and you pay nothing until you approve the design.
Can you design the menu, or just print it?
Both. Send a finished file and we print it exactly, or send your logo and a list of dishes and our designers lay out the whole menu free.
Which menu style do I need?
Laminated for daily table service, synthetic for patios and bars, booklets for full dinner programs, trifolds for takeout, compact stocks for drinks, and paper for menus that change nightly.
What happens when my prices change?
Laminated and synthetic menus are printed permanently, so we keep your file on hand and reprints are quick. Many restaurants run a paper insert for items that move often.
Can you match our brand colours?
Yes. Send your colour references and we match the print, then confirm it on your mockup before the run.
What artwork do you need from me?
Vector artwork is ideal, but send whatever you have. Our designers redraw logos and rebuild menu files at no charge.
